1. Step One - Band Program Registration Form

   Complete our streamlined online registration form by clicking below:

2. Step Two - set up your Charms Account

   New band students/parents - You will log into Charms by clicking the link below and then set up your student’s account. (For step-by-step instructions please reference our orientation video above beginning around the 20:00 mark.)

   Returning band students/parents - please log into Charms and verify that your information is current, making any corrections as needed.

3. Step Three - CCSD Medical Forms & Physical Paperwork

   The Cherokee County School Department (CCSD) requires the paperwork below to be completed for all extra-curricular activities including marching band.

   Print a copy of the CCSD forms linked below and complete the information sections on the forms

   Schedule a physical for your child between now and the start of band camp. Physicals are valid for one year only (from the date they were administered) so unless your child has a current one on file with RRHS that will not expire during the marching season, you will need to complete a physical prior to band camp. Have the health care provider complete the physical portion of the paperwork while you are there.

   Make copy of the entire completed CCSD packet to keep for your own records and turn in the original copy to the front office at RRHS no later than the start of band camp.

Welcome to the 2020-21 Band Program!

Under normal circumstances, we’d have a big orientation meeting around this time year to cover all things band. But obviously things are anything but normal right now so we had to get creative and put together an orientation video to cover the details for you. So please take a little time to watch the video below and then get started on your registration below!
